I Weigh

Jameela Jamil has many great guests, including Stephanie Yeboah and Aubrey Gordon, on her podcast. She works to break down societal norms and remind people they weigh more than the number on the scale. She also corrects myths about topics such as BMI — among other mental health discussions. In this episode of their podcast, What the Actual Fork, the drunk dieticians bring on a non-diet dietician, Brenna O’Malley, to speak on diet culture. The three dieticians discuss how diet culture capitalizes on our vulnerability during the pandemic. They also give tips on how to be kind to yourself and your body.
